No, Jardioui is an online store exclusively.
We do not have a physical store.
All our transactions and product consultations are done directly on our website.

How to track my order ?
After confirming your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email will provide you with a summaryof your order as well as your order number.

🔹 Step 2: Locate the tracking numberthat was sent to you in the confirmation email. Please note, do not take the number that starts with "JD-", it is your order number.
🔹 Step 3: Enter this tracking number in the search bar provided for this purpose, then click on "search" to consult the status of your order.
🔹 Step 4 : For our French customers , you also have the possibility of tracking your package directly on the La Poste website at this address: https://www.laposte.fr/ .

My order is delayed, there is no update on the tracking link?

❓ Potential reasons for delay:
- 🚫 Return to sender : Often due to insufficient address or failed delivery attempts. Carriers usually try two or three times. If your package is returned, contact us for a resend.
- 🎉 Holidays: Increased shipping during holiday periods may cause delays. Your local post office may have information about your order.
- 🔍 Tip: Check the carrier's website for more information on potential delays.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Jardioui cannot be held responsible for any customs fees applied in your country.
We recommend that youcheck local import taxesif you think you may have to pay additional fees.
Order marked as delivered but not received?
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors first.
If three business days have passed since your package was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us at support@jardioui.com
Why do I have customs fees on my order?
Customs fees are applied by the customs authorities of your countryand depend on the nature and value of the imported products.
They are not included in the initial costs of your order.
We recommend that you check with the local customs services to get a better idea of possible charges.

What is our exchange and returns policy?

What is the status of my refund?

✅ Reimbursement criteria:
- Not worn
- Unwashed
- Original packaging intact
💰 Refund: After validation, Jardioui undertakes to reimburse you within 14 days.
I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do ?
📸Take a photoof the defective product.
- 📩 Contact our customer support team and attach the photos .
- 🤝 If the defect is proven, no need to return the defective product.
- 🎁 We will send you a new product in perfect condition.
How can I cancel or modify an order?
- ⏰ 12 hours to act: After placing your order, you have 12 hours to modify or cancel it.
- 🚫 Exceeded this deadline? This means that the order is already being processedand no modification will be possible.
🔍 Specific cases:
- If you wish to add an item or change the delivery address after 12 hours, you will need to place a new order.
- Attention! Orders lost due to an address erroror a wrong size/colorof clothing will not be refunded or canceled after these 12 hours.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do ?

Can I request a refund to another payment method?

The refund was not received. What should I do ?

How long does it take to process my order?
